Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure:
- Your WhatsApp Business vendor (Interakt) is successfully integrated via Kylas Marketplace
- You have Update and Conversation access for Leads and Contacts
Steps to Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages
1. Log in to Your Kylas CRM
- Click on the Leads or Contacts icon from the left sidebar
- Use filters or select the checkboxes for the records you want to send messages to
3. Click on ‘Send WA Message’ Icon
- Once you’ve selected the records, click on the Send WA Message icon
- A pop-up window will appear, login to the Kylas WhatsApp Business Marketplace app
4. Choose Your WhatsApp Vendor & Template
- Once logged in, in the pop-up, click on your WhatsApp vendor icon that is Interakt.Select the WhatsApp template you want to use for bulk messaging
- Click Send
You’ll receive a confirmation message saying:
“Bulk job of sending messages is in progress.”
5. Track the Bulk Message Job Status
To track progress of your bulk message job:
- Go to Kylas Marketplace
- Click on Installed Apps
- Open the WhatsApp Business Marketplace app
- Navigate to the Bulk Jobs section to view updates
