You have a verified Interakt account.
You have Admin access in Kylas CRM.

You have access to Kylas API keys and Interakt developer settings (API key and webhook settings).
Leads, Contacts, Deals are already created in Kylas CRM.

Go to Kylas Marketplace.
Locate and install the Interakt application.
Sign up with your email and verify your account.
Navigate to Installed Apps → Interakt → View Details
.
Go to the API Keys section in the Interakt app in Kylas.
Enter your Kylas API key and click Save.
To fetch your Interakt API key:
Log into your Interakt account → Settings → Developer Settings → Copy your Secret API Key.
Then,
Navigate to Connected Accounts
→ Click Add Connected Account.
Enter a name and paste the Interakt API key → Save.
Go to the Sync Settings section in the Interakt app.
Click Add Sync Setting → Name it and choose the connected account.
Select entities to sync (Leads, Contacts, Deals).
Map fields between Kylas and Interakt.

To view sync results:
Navigate to Sync Logs
→ Track synced or failed entries by timestamp.
Go to WhatsApp Templates
section in the Interakt app in Kylas.
Click Add WhatsApp Template.

1-on-1 Messaging:

In the Activity Panel, click Messages → New Message
→ Send WA Message

Choose the template and send → Monitor progress under Bulk Jobs

In Interakt app’s API Key section, copy the Webhook URL.
Go to Interakt account → Settings → Developer Settings → Webhook Configuration

Paste the URL and select events:

Template Status (Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed)
Incoming messages will now appear within Kylas CRM.
Navigate to Manage Users
in the Interakt app.
Click Add User → Fill Name, Email, Role.
Select corresponding Kylas user and optionally allow bulk messaging.
Click Save. Users will receive a verification email.
Go to Kylas Settings → Automation → Workflows.
Click Add Workflow → Choose entity (Lead/Contact).
Set Trigger and Conditions.
Under Actions, choose Marketplace Actions → Send WA Message
