How to setup Aircall Marketplace app on Kylas for calling?

Prerequisites

Lead -> Read, Read All, Write, Call permission

Contact -> Read, Read All, Write, Call permission

Company -> Read, Read All permission

Call -> Read, Read All, Update, Update All permission

Pipeline -> Read, Read All permission

team -> read permission

user -> Read permission

Step 1. Login Kylas CRM >> All app >> Click on Aircall >> Install the application 

Step 2. After signing you will see the Api keys tab enter the kylas api keys and when syncing a call logs, you will Add these business objects if not found, check box.

Step 3. You can use this Webhook URL in Aircall Dashboard incase if webhook is not configured while connecting your account.

Step 4. And you will be able to see the manage user, then you will add the kylas user into the marketplace application.

Step 5. When you click on connected account tab then you will be able to connect you aircall account. 

Step 6. You need to mention aircall API Id and API token and after entering the details when you click on connect account CTA then you will be able to connect your aircall account successfully. 

Step 7. After connecting your account, you will see below details into your listing page.

Step 8. On connect account listing page you will see the view agent CTA, when you click on view agent CTA then you should be able to map the aircall agent with kylas user.

Step 9. You will see call logs tab, when you click on call log tab then you will see all the activity and call logs related details.
