Click to Call in Kylas is a powerful feature that allows users to initiate outbound calls directly from the CRM with just a click—provided you have an IVR system integrated. This is enabled via the Kylas Caller app available in the Kylas Marketplace. Once set up, you can trigger calls directly from lead or contact records, improving calling efficiency and user experience.

Before setting up, ensure that you have:
- Admin access to your Kylas CRM account
- Admin access to your IVR provider's portal
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
1. Install the Kylas Caller App
- Log in to your Kylas account via app.kylas.io.
- Navigate to the Kylas Marketplace.
- Search for Kylas Caller and click on it.
- Click Install App.
- Enter your Kylas login credentials and proceed.
- On the permissions screen, click Allow and Install.
2. Sign Up for the Integration Portal
- After installation, click on Sign up here.
- Fill in the required details and click on Sign Up for Free.
- You will receive a verification email on your registered email address.
- Click on the Verify button in the email.
3. Connect Kylas with the Integration Portal
