How to view existing reports in Kylas CRM?

Kylas CRM provides users with some off the shelf and also the provision to create custom reports. This article covers the steps for viewing the existing reports in Kylas CRM. 

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with permission to read reports. read permission on specific modules.
  2. Product Plans: Embark/Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1 
Click on the 'Reports' tab on the dashboard. This will direct the user to the reports list.



Step 2a
You can search the desired report by Name and description.





Step 2b
Click on the report from the list which has to be viewed.





Step 3
Select the date range for the report from the given options in the date range picker. The options given in the date picker are:
  1. Current Week - The range will be set to date between the Monday and the Sunday of the current week.
  2. Last Week - The range will be set to date between the Monday and the Sunday of the previous week.
  3. Next Week -  The range will be set to date between the Monday and Sunday of the next week.
  4. Current Month - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the current month.
  5. Last Month - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the previous month.
  6. Next Month - The range will be set to date between the first and last day of the next month.
  7. Current Quarter - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the current quarter (eg: 1st July 2020 to 30th Sep 2020).
  8. Last Quarter - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the previous quarter.
  9. Next Quarter - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the next quarter.
  10. Current Year - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the current year.
  11. Next Year - The range will be set ti date between the first and the last day of the next year.
  12. Last Year - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the previous year.




For Revenue forecast reports the following date range options are also be available :
  1. Next Week - The range will be set to date between the Monday and the Sunday of the next week.
  2. Next Month - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the next month.
  3. Next Quarter - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the next quarter.
  4. Next Year - The range will be set to date between the first and the last day of the next year.

Step 4
Select the chart type to view the report. The user has 3 options to view the reports:
  1. Bar Chart
  2. Pie Chart
  3. Table



Step 5  
Click on customize option in a Total number of groups sections to select/deselect the groups to be displayed in the report.


Step 6
Hover over the column bar to view information pertaining to the group represented by the column bar. Click on on 'View data' link that will be displayed when the mouse pointer is hovered around the column bar, to view records that are part of the group. 


Step 7
Click on the hyper-link displaying the total number of records to navigate to the records listing page. The records falling under the report will be displayed in a new tab.
