Create Call Logs with Market Place on Mobile App

This article covers the steps for using the Kylas App to log calls via Marketplace related to the Leads and Deals in Kylas CRM, and create call log entries for the same.

Prerequisites

Permissions: Create call log & Special Access Permission for required entity
Product Plans: Elavate
Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1: Login to Kylas App > Navigate to Leads or Deals to log calls



Step 2: Select lead where you need to log a call > Click on 3 dots



Step 3: Click on Call icon 




Step 4: System will prompt an option to choose from Click to call 



Step 4(a): Click on Make a call



Step 4(b): Choose vendor to place call




Note: Kylas Called app needs to be installed & respective vendor's AP key & other details to be added





Note: Once the calls are logged, App will automatically save logs which can be accessed by clicking on -



On Lead listing page, Long press action can also be used log a call or perform other related actions
