How to create a Manual Call Logs on Mobile App?

This article covers the steps for using the Kylas App on the android phone to manually add call details related to the leads and contacts in Kylas CRM, and create call log entries for the same.

Prerequisites

Permissions: Create call log & Special Access Permission for required entity
Product Plans: All
Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1: Login to Kylas App > Navigate to Leads or Deals to log calls manually



Step 2: Click on on required entity, in this case we will log a Lead call manually



Step 3: Click on 3 dots 



Step 4: Click on Log a Call



Step 5: Fill all required details in this section



Step 5 (a): Choose type of entity & call type

Step 5(c)



Step 6: Once all required details are filled, click on "Save"



Note: You can view the logs under Communication > Call Logs option 






Click on 3 dots to edit or delete the entry 




To get General information about the call, click on the lead to view details as below



Note: Additionally you can choose to log a call under Contacts as one of the entity > Click on 3 dots > Log a call
