How to disconnect gmail account from Kylas CRM?

This article covers the steps to be followed to disconnect your Gmail account from Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user
  2. Product Plans: Embark/Elavate
  3. Activities to be Completed: Connect Gmail Account

Steps

Step 1 
Login to Kylas and Navigate to Setup -> Communication -> Email Settings.
Step 2 
Click on the Disconnect button on the top right corner of the Email Settings page.
Step 3
The connected email will be disconnected and the user will not be able to send emails from Kylas using the disconnected account.
