How to connect custom email servers with Kylas CRM to send and receive emails?

This article covers the steps to be followed and the pre-requisites for connecting custom email servers with Kylas CRM, to send and receive emails using Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user.
  2. Product Plans: Embark/Elavate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1 
Navigate to Email Setting page on Kylas CRM Settings section.
 

Step 2 
Select the Others option from the list to open the SMTP/IMAP configuration screen.
 

Step 3
Insert the IMAP and SMTP details on the configuration screen. Once all the mandatory details are inserted the Connect button will be activated.


Step 4
Once all the necessary details are inserted, click on the Connect button to complete the connection.


You can use the Disconnect button on the Email Settings page to remove your account from Kylas CRM.



User can refer to the below details to connect emails with SMTP.
