In Kylas CRM, a Contact represents an individual associated with a business or organization—often a customer, partner, or key stakeholder. Keeping your contact database engaged through email is crucial for nurturing long-term relationships and driving conversions.
Before you begin sending bulk emails to contacts, ensure the following:
User Permissions: You must have special access to send emails to contacts.
Product Plan: The feature is available on the Elevate plan only.
Email Integration: Your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account must be connected to Kylas CRM.
Contact Selection: Contacts must be selected from the listing page before performing the bulk email action.
Log in to your Kylas CRM account.
From the left-hand menu, click on the Contacts module to access your contact list.
Click on the Multi-Select checkbox to enable bulk selection.
By default, it selects all contacts on the current page (e.g., 100 contacts if the view is set to 100 per page).
You can either select only those or choose “Select All” to include every contact from the filtered results.
After selecting the required contacts, click the Email action button on the top action bar.
This will open the Bulk Email Composer.
💡 Note: The Email button will only be active if contacts are selected.
In the email composer:
The “To” field will be auto-filled with selected contact email addresses.
Add the Subject, Email Body, and any attachments if needed.
You can also insert email templates or use personalization tokens for better engagement.
Once all fields are filled and there’s at least one recipient, the Send button becomes active.
Click Send to initiate the bulk email.
A toast notification will appear confirming the action.
To view the status of your bulk email:
Log into Kylas CRM.
Go to Settings > Data Management.
Click on Bulk Jobs.
In the Bulk Jobs section, you can view the record of your bulk email activity including:
Total contacts emailed
Email status (success/failure)
Summary file for detailed reporting
