How to View the Latest Notes on the Listing Page in Kylas CRM


The Latest Note” column in Kylas CRM lets you view the most recent internal note added to a record—right from the listing page. It helps teams stay updated on meetings, follow-ups, or key action points without opening each record, improving speed and coordination.

Prerequisites

    • You are logged into your Kylas CRM account.

    • You have access to the relevant module (Leads, Deals, Contacts,Company).

    • Emails have been synced or logged against the records you want to view.

Purpose of Viewing Notes in Listing

Step-by-Step: Enabling the Latest Note Column 

Step 1: Navigate to the Module Listing 

Go to the module you're working in (e.g., Leads, Deals, Contacts, Company). 

Step 2: Open Column Customization 

Click the Selector icon at the top right of the listing table.


Step 3: Enable “Latest Note” 

Search for the field called “Latest Note.” 
Tick the checkbox next to it. 


 

Then You will see the "Latest Notes" column on the listing page.

Click on "View notes" aligned to the record you want view the latest note.


Step 4: apply the Layout 

Click Apply. The "Latest Note" column will now appear in your listing view.
