Step 1: Navigate to the Module Listing
Go to the module you're working in (e.g., Leads, Deals, Contacts, Company).
Step 2: Open Column Customization
Click the Selector icon at the top right of the listing table.
Step 3: Enable “Latest Note”
Search for the field called “Latest Note.”Tick the checkbox next to it.
Then You will see the "Latest Notes" column on the listing page.
Click on "View notes" aligned to the record you want view the latest note.
Step 4: apply the Layout
Click Apply. The "Latest Note" column will now appear in your listing view.
Hover over any truncated note to see the complete entry.
Combine this column with “Owner,” “Status,” or “Next Activity” for enhanced insights.
Consider creating Saved Views for teams that need to regularly monitor notes.
