How to Freeze Any Column on the Listing Page in Kylas CRM?

Freezing columns in Kylas CRM enables users to keep important information visible whenever needed while navigating through wide tables. This feature is particularly useful for sales, operations, or support teams who need to retain visibility of key fields that are aligned with the record.

Prerequisites

  1. You are logged into your Kylas CRM account.
  2. You have access to the specific module (Leads, Deals, Contacts, etc.).
  3. Your listing view is set to "List View" (not Kanban).

Step-by-Step: How to Freeze a Column

Step 1: Open the Entity Listing Page

Navigate to the listing page of the module you want to customize (e.g., Leads, Deals, Contacts).

Step 2: Identify the Column to Freeze

Locate the column you want to freeze. Hover over the column header to reveal the options icon (a small arrow in the top-right corner of the header).



Step 3: Access the Column Options

Click the arrow to open the column options menu.

Step 4: Select "Freeze Column"

From the dropdown menu, select the option labeled "Freeze Column". This will pin the column to the left, keeping it visible while scrolling.

Step 5: Scroll Horizontally to Verify

Move horizontally across the table to confirm that the selected column remains in place.
