  • You must have Email – Create Access enabled.

Steps to Send AI-Based Emails

1. Log in to Your Kylas Account

2. Navigate to the Email Section

  • Click on the Email icon from the left-side menu.

3. Compose a New Email

  1. Click on the Compose button.
  2. Select the Entity (Lead, Contact, or Deal) and the Associated Record you want to send the email to.

4. Use AI to Generate Email Content

  1. Click on the Write with AI icon at the bottom of the compose window.
  2. Enter a prompt describing what kind of email you want to write.
  3. Click on Write.

5. Review and Insert the AI-Generated Email

  • If satisfied, click the Insert button (bottom-right) to add the content to your email.
  • If you want to make changes, update your prompt and click Rewrite to generate a new version.

6. Send the Email

  • Once finalized, click Send to deliver the AI-generated message to the recipient.

You can also use the AI email feature directly from a Lead, Contact, or Deal page by navigating to the Productivity Tools section and choosing Compose Email.
