How to Connect Mailjet with Kylas to sync Leads and Send marketing emails

This article covers the steps to be followed and the pre-requisites for installing a Bulk email marketing app.

Perquisites

1. Permissions - Any user with access to the Kylas account API key.
   
2. ​(a) Company - read, readall 
   
3. (b) Lead - read, read all, email, 
   
4. (c) Pipeline - read, read all
   
5. (d) User - read
   
6. (e) Search List- read
7. Product Plans - Explore and Elevate
   
8. Activities to be Completed
   

Step By Step Process

1.) Login to kylas using your registered credentials, after that you will land on a default dashboard. 

2.) On the extreme left top corner, you will find three horizontal lines, click on kylas marketplace

3.) Click on the Bulk Email Syn, then click on "install app", sign in and click on "allow and install". 

Sign up is required if you are installing the bulk email marketing app for the first time.

Once you do fresh signup, an email verification link will be sent to your account.

4.) Once you verify, you will be landing on the following page where you need to enter the kylas API key and check the options according to your requirements, i.e, Kylas bulk email sync app enables the Kylas users to sync their Leads and Contacts in the email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Maijet and users can also send bulk emails from Kylas via the email markting tool.

5.) Click on Bulk email sync option and install the app if you are the first time user.

6.) Bulk email sync is install then it can be viewed from installed app option.

7.) Click on view Details and enter Kylas API key.

API Key can be taken settings>>integration>>API key

8.) Copy the API Key and paste the API Key

9.) Click on add connected account, connect mail jet account with bulk email sync app.

10.) Click on connected account and enter the required details.

11.)  Click on sync strategies and add sync strategy.

12.) Enter the relevant details in sync strategy and select the vendor, save it

13.) Above setup is for the admin account and for user account, click on manage users and add users.

User will receive activation link to verify the account.

Go to Sync Settings. Add the Sync Setting Name, select the vendor, checkmark the Kylas Entity , select the mailing list  and add the field mappings > Save.

Note - Make sure you map the similar Kylas fields with the Vendor fields.
