Introduction:
Email tracking in Kylas CRM is a powerful feature that lets you know when and how many times your emails have been opened or read by your leads/customers. With this feature, you can monitor email engagement and follow up accordingly.
Prerequisites:
- Permissions: Any user with Permission on Email on Required Entity.
- Product Plans: Elevate
Steps:
1. Click on CRM Settings
2. Navigate to Communication section- under that click on email settings to check if the email id is configured and connected., also check the email tracking feature is enabled.
3. Open a lead/deal/contact on which you have sent an email.
4. Navigate to email icon once you open the lead.
5. Click on the above highlighted to track the details.
6. Open the sent email and hover on the icon to check the details if the email is Read/Unread/Delivered.
7. Once it is sent, you can also track the number of clicks and open events on email popup.
How to check opened mails?
Step 1: Go to Communication → Emails
Step 2: Choose "Sent" Emails Tab
Step 3: Use Filter → "Status" → Select “Opened”

Step 4: View Opened Time and Reopen Count
Step 5: Filter Read/Unread Emails
Use "Read" filter:

Yes → Read emails
-
No → Unread emails
