Link click tracking records whether the recipient clicked on a hyperlink within your email. In Kylas, this feature provides:
The exact time and date of the click
The number of times the link was clicked (re-clicks)
A filterable view of leads/contacts who interacted with your email
Before using this feature, ensure the following:

Compose an Email with Hyperlinks:
Go to any Lead/Contact
Click Send Email
Add your message and include one or more hyperlinks (e.g., https://example.com)
Send the Email:
Click Send
Email Tracking automatically records link clicks if the add-on is active.
Check Click Reports:
Navigate to the filter and select Open and clicked at.
You will see:
“Email Clicked”
“Clicked At: [timestamp]”
Optionally: Number of times the link was clicked
Apply Filters:
Use filters like Email → Clicked, This helps in segmenting engaged and unengaged leads.
You can view link click tracking:

Link tracking only works for emails sent via Kylas, not from external tools.
Repeated clicks are also recorded (e.g., “Clicked 3 times”).
Along with clicks, Opened At and Reopened timestamps are also available.
Emails not opened are marked as Unread.
You can combine filters like: Opened → Yes
and Clicked → No
to retarget leads.
Email tracking is a paid add-on, not part of the free CRM plan.
