How to Track Emails in Kylas - Read/Unread/Delivered

When we target our Audience through Emails, it becomes important to know the status of our emails. This article covers the steps to track emails in Kylas CRM- We can track if the Email Read/Unread/Delivered.

Prerequisites:

  1. Permissions:  Any user with Permission on Email on Required Entity.
  2. Product Plans: Elevate

Steps:

1. Click on CRM Settings
2. Navigate to Communication section- under that click on email settings to check if the email id is configured and connected., also check the email tracking feature is enabled.

3. Open a lead/deal/contact on which you have sent an email.
4. Navigate to email icon once you open the lead.


5. Click on the above highlighted to track the details.
6. Open the sent email and hover on the icon to check the details if the email is Read/Unread/Delivered.


7. Once it is sent, you can also track the number of clicks and open events on email popup.
